ORDERING 

How do I place an order?

Simply add an item to your cart and proceed to check out once you have added your desired items to your cart.

I have problems adding an item to my cart. What is the issue?

You will be able to add an item to your cart as long as it is in stock. If you are unable to add an item to your cart, the item might be out of stock – refresh the link to check back again.

An item I want is out of stock but I really want it. How can I get it?

We can’t make promises that all out of stock products will be re-stocked but do enter your email in the respective product page to be notified when a product comes back.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

Yes, as long we we’ve not shipped out your order. Do send us a message as soon as possible to inform us of the changes you would like. However, once the item has been shipped out, we will be unable to amend or cancel your order.

How often will you launch new products?

We do not have a set schedule but we have tons of products coming your way 🙂 To get notified whenever we launch something new, do subscribe! We often have limited items so you’ll want to act fast 🙂

Do you have any storefronts?

Our products are available online only. However, we are working to get our products to various physical locations. Subscribe to be the first to know!

Do I need an account to make purchases?

You may check out as a guest if you like but we highly recommend creating an account (here) as it will allow you to track your order history and will make ordering items again much easier. 
PAYMENT 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and direct bank transfers. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay with your credit card, you can check out as a guest on PayPal and enter your credit card details directly.

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). However, if you’d like to pay in a different currency, the respective credit card companies you use will handle that currency conversion for you.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?

We do have surprise sales! Subscribe to the blog and instagram to be the first to know!

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

Enter the promo code under the “Coupon Code” section in your cart.
SHIPPING

Which delivery service do you use?

We offer a snail mail option at $2 for orders less than $15 which is fulfilled by SingPost. Registered courier at $5 and free delivery is fulfilled by Ta-Q-Bin.

When will you ship my order?

We generally consolidate orders once a week on Sunday and all orders will be shipped out by Monday. However, we will try to fulfil your order as and when they come in. An email will be sent to you informing you of your order at every stage.

When will I receive my items?

Delivery time is 1-5 working days from shipment date, depending on mode of delivery:-

Snail mail. 3-5 working days from shipment date.
Registered courier (Ta-Q-Bin). 1-3 working days from shipment date.
Free delivery (Ta-Q-Bin). 1-3 working days from shipment date.

How can I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation. Do note that tracking is only available for registered courier and free delivery options which are both fulfilled by Ta-Q-Bin.

I need my items really urgently. Could you send it to me quicker?

I am not based in Singapore. Can I place an order?

Do send us a message here and we’ll try our best to accommodate. We’re still trying to figure shipping out and hope to offer our products worldwide eventually.

Do you offer pickup?

Not right now but hopefully soon 🙂

Do you accept returns?

We currently do not accept returns. However, do send us a message here if you’re unhappy with your order and we’ll see what we can do 🙂
